These Terms of Purchase apply specifically to the Strategic Recalibration Session offered by Carita the Mechanic.
By purchasing this service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
These terms are intended to create clarity and protect both parties by clearly defining what is included, how the service is delivered, and how scheduling, payment, and cancellations are handled.
1. Description of the Service
The Strategic Recalibration Session is a paid, one-to-one strategic clarity service designed for established Kajabi-based business owners.
The service includes:
- One (1) live 75-minute Strategic Recalibration Session
- A Recalibration Report summarizing key structural and strategic patterns
- A Systems Tuning Sheet highlighting areas that are running smoothly, ready to optimize, or require attention
- A Next Stage Activation overview outlining high-level strategic focus areas (not implementation steps)
This service is focused on clarity, pattern recognition, and strategic orientation.
2. What This Service Is Not
To avoid misunderstandings, the Strategic Recalibration Session does not include:
- Technical troubleshooting
- Step-by-step implementation instructions
- Done-for-you builds or system changes
- Platform audits beyond the scope of strategic observation
- Ongoing consulting or follow-up support beyond what is explicitly included
Any implementation, build work, or continued strategic support requires a separate agreement.
3. Booking & Scheduling
- Your session is considered confirmed once payment has been completed and a session time has been booked.
- You are responsible for attending the session at the scheduled time.
- You may reschedule your session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time using the booking system.
- Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated.
Missed sessions or late arrivals may result in the session being shortened or forfeited without refund.
4. Delivery of Materials
- The Recalibration Report and Systems Tuning Sheet are delivered after the live session.
- Delivery typically occurs within a few business days, depending on scheduling and workload.
- All deliverables are provided digitally.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
- Due to the nature of this service — which includes preparation, reserved time, and custom analysis — all sales are final.
- No refunds are offered once the session has been purchased.
If you are unsure whether this service is the right fit for you, you are encouraged to reach out before purchasing.
6. Use of Materials
All materials provided as part of the Strategic Recalibration Session are for your personal business use only.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or share the materials
- Repurpose them for client work, teaching, or resale
- Use them as training materials or templates for others
All content remains the intellectual property of Carita the Mechanic.
7. No Guarantees
The Strategic Recalibration Session provides strategic insight and professional perspective, not guarantees of results.
Business outcomes depend on many factors, including implementation choices, market conditions, and individual circumstances. No specific results are promised or implied.
8. Professional Conduct
This service is delivered in a professional and respectful environment.
Clients are expected to communicate in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behavior during the live session or related communication will not be tolerated.
If such behavior occurs, Carita the Mechanic reserves the right to terminate the session immediately. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Technical Issues & Force Majeure
If unforeseen technical difficulties or circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to internet disruptions, platform outages, illness, or force majeure events) prevent the session from taking place as scheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually suitable time.
Carita the Mechanic is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by events outside of reasonable control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Carita the Mechanic is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of this service or its materials.
- The service is provided for informational and strategic purposes only.
You remain fully responsible for decisions made and actions taken in your business.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
