Sooooo many goodies
Digiworld is fully packed with all kinds of helpful, useful and nice-to-have stuff, software and programs.
If only one could find them when the need suddenly appears 😉...
In a modest attempt to help with resources overflow, I have compiled a small list of helpful resources. I hope you find this useful.
My most important tool
is obviously KAJABI.
Just love the way I can mold and bend the possibilies it gives to create unique solutions to my clients. The kind that highlight their expertise in just the right ways.
Are there limitations?
Yes. But far more possibilities!! And with experience and co-operation with best and most knowledgeable people in this wonderful Kajabi bubble I have learned all the ways we can work around those limitations and I can honestly say, almost anything is possible in Kajabi!!
It might not be quite obvious at first glance, but it most likely can be done 😉👌.
If you need help, don't hesitate to reach out for my services!

KEEP ORGANIZED
From keeping your files organized, ideas somewhere safe and projects flowing (possibly automated 😃👍), here you can find a list and links for useful tools.
Dubsado
Managing your projects with clients, signing proposals and contracts to automated workflows with emails this might prove to be a handy tool for you. There's also an app, so you can actually take care of business on the go. Magnificent 😍!!
This link will give you 20% off your first year or month 👍!!
Trello
Magnificent asset to organize your stuff. You know, instead of having hundreds of notes pinned to the walls, get them under their own digital "noteboards" here Store all your handy hints, never lose your links and find the advice you saved for this rainy day.
TidyCal
THE calendar app for the cost conscious. For one lifetime purchase you can manage your online meetings letting people book their best time from your calendar (you have, of course, set your available dates in by connecting to your calnedar). So easy breezy!
Asana
Sometimes we just need a bit more robust system to organize everything. View it anyway you like. I use Asana to organize my own work easily so that I know where I'm at which all my projects. Helps to keep me sane!
Monday
Another way to organize your projects. I've been using this to manage detailed projects and to create systems I can use together with my clients.
Fathom
Fathom helps me to not have to write just everything down while hanging on Zoom with someone. Just with a click of a button I can make notes and tag them so that I know where to come back for what. It hops on my calls automatically, saves the call and transcribes everything finding and creating tasklists from the call also.
IMAGES
As I'm working a lot with all aspects of visual branding, I use quite a lot of different tools. Both for still images and video.
Here a small collection of the tools I use mostly for still images.
Canva
Everybody and their grandmother uses Canva. That's why it's easy for me to share templates with it for my clients to use after our projects on it. It's so versatile in it's abilities... Also quite handy when you need slideshow live or on video recording AND you can do those recordings directly in Canva!
Coolors
One of the most fun tools in my kit. This is where I go to play with colors. It's easy to get lost in playing with different colors, hues and tones and the way you can combine them. Call me color nerd, but I never get tired of imagining color combinations and how to use them for different effects.
Miro
Miro helps me to bring my ideas to visually understandable structures. Here I compile my funnels and create strategic blueprints for my clients. It's so much easier to explain complex builds when I can show the different functions and how they work together with a concrete map.
Genially
Another playground that gives interesting ideas to play with for hours on end... When you want to create interactivity and playfulness to your workshops or even to your websites. You need to be careful, you might not get the actual work done exploring all the fun stuff Genially can do.
VistaCreate
Another of my favourite places to go to play with images. I've got lot more of these, so I've listed here only the ones I have been playing around with the longest (or the ones that have the flashiest features).
VIDEOS
I help my clients to get a consistent flow of materials out there, everything well and thoroughly branded. And of course this day and age, we need a lot of video materials too.
Camtasia
Camtasia is my go-to video editing software. Easy to get started with and stretches to really impressive results. With the maintenance package really affordable as you get the updated version each year for a fraction of the prize you pay for a lot of flimsier editing software.
Descript
Another easy to use video editing software. The absolute perk of this one is that it's easy to get transcripts from your videos and audios so easily here. Also the srt files you need to install cc to your videos in Kajabi.
Loom
Everyone that has worked with me knows that if I need to show something, They'll get a Loom from me. It's just so much easier and more effective to show in reality what you mean or what should they do than to write that all down (and who has even time to try read and understand all that mountain of text). Quick and easy video communication!
Zoom
Everyone knows good old Zoom. It's so widely used that it just works and everyone knows how to use it. No need to search for buttons, everyone has been on a Zoom Call at least once. And still, if you want, you can dive really deep and always find new fancy things to impress your audience while using it
Canva
Oh yes, you can record and edit in Canva too. YOu can use all the elements you use in other productions too, so it's easier to create consistent branding. Good for DIY short videos with not too much editing requirements.
BeLive
I use BeLive mostly when I'm streaming a conversation or an interview with someone to Facebook. I can use different overlays and play with the studio functions easily. It has been fun and easy to use.
COPYWRITING
We need incredible amounts of text. Of course, the best case scenario would be to hire a real-life copywriter, but often it is just not within reach...
But there are so many ways to make the empty screen fill out with meaningful copy /that actually looks and feels like it's written by a human 😉.
Grammarly
As I'm not a native English speaker, I find it comforting to have a spelling checker that can also make suggestions on how I formulate some sentences. This is the kind of tool that meakes me look a whole lot smarted than I actually am😁...
YBG By Gail Starr
You want to use AI but doesn't want it to sound like AI wrote it?
Gail is an absolute Magic worker! She knows the easy way to get you in the habit of creating quality copy with your own brand voice and tone.
Her hands on help is absolutely invaluable on getting comfortable and correcting the way Artificial Intelligence is creating texts for you. Get rid of most used phrases, avoid telltale signs of AI voice and make content creation fun!
TEMPLATE SHOPS
We need incredible amounts of text. Of course, the best case scenario would be to hire a real-life copywriter, but often it is just not within reach...
But there are so many ways to make the empty screen fill out with meaningful copy /that actually looks and feels like it's written by a human 😉.

Penny In Your Pocket
Wonderful, stylish templates for all your needs.
Penny offers beautiful versatile templates for websites, landing pages and products. Special pages for memberships, podcasts and communities. So much to choose from.
Two of her most loved templates (among my clients) are her lockable pages, which allow you to stretch your product quota 😉, and GamiFlix product template she created together with JiffyCourse's Bastiaan. It will give you possibilities to support your students in many wonderful ways. You can reward them with badges or certificated and automate them to bring joy along their way to finishing your course.
by Meg Burrage
Especially popular amongst Kajabi newbies, Meg offers wonderful template packs with different visuals that are easy to use an d customize even on your own.
In the packages, you'll find templates for your system pages, several landing pages, sales pages, and even pages for your first funnels. They truly are full getting-started packs. And they always come with good instructions on how to use and customize pages so you're in safe hands.
Jiffy Courses
Jiffy Courses has a wide range of different tempales on offer, too.
Most wanted on my client's lists are their Blog Templates Kajabi Papers and ABC to get so much flexibility and function to your blogs that you'll never long for anything more 🤩.
Bastiaan has also created a nifty tool called UpCourse to make your course lessons more interesting and informative (not forgetting easier to use and learn from).
Launch In Style
Launch In Style is another great place to go shopping for comprehensive packages. You can find full packages for your system pages (website) and landing pages, sales pages and Amanda offers also Canva templates to match the page templates, so if you're in a hurry, it's possible to get all the things needed ready to sell quickly.
by Jodee Peevor
Such a treasure trove of nifty tricks! You'll find page templates for pages, products and one of my favourites, code snippets for different added functionalities.
These are better suited for someone who's already familiar with how pages and products are built in Kajabi and wants a bit more to differentiate from the rest.
LEGALS
We all need some sort of legal on our sites. Obviously, I cannot give any kind of legal advise. That's why I never interfere with what my clients want me to add to their materials as legal. In general, it's always good to check your own legal with a professional in your own country so that they cover all the things you need both locally and internationally.
Sometimes it's good to have some sort of starting point just to get an idea what it might look like. So here are some suggestions for you to look at (but please, always confirm with a local professional that the text is right for you).
The Contract Club
Here you can find all sorts of legal templates for several different scenarios. As mentioned earlier, always check that the templates are right for your intended purpose and that they also work for you locally.
